Eugene: UK Calisthenics Champion 2022

Eugene recently became the UK champion at the @kalos_sthenos_championships. We are honored to have contributed to his victory for a small part. Eugene is a big believer in tracking his workouts to get optimal results. And as we saw it worked out pretty well for him. Of course it is all about his hard work and dedication but tracking your workout is just that extra you need to set your results apart from the rest.

Consistency and precision is what transforms average into excellence. By making small daily improvements you can earn long term results. Incorporate this thinking into your training and you will be rewarded for your hard and smarter way of working.

It’s difficult to score at a high level without setting some specific goals with a mission. A person who is focused and goal-oriented is more likely to have more success. Having goals can be difficult which is why it is good to focus on tracking your training to see if you are making any progress. Especially if you are an experienced athlete. The progress is in the small details.

Training with a journal can help you develop a clear vision and see the bigger picture. By having your progress written down you are creating a conscious trigger that will make it more likely to overcome hurdles, to improve in a certain exercise or to follow the right steps to grow more muscle or to improve on your lifts.

Our body will not change unless it's forced to.

That is why you can never grow complacent with your training. Once you fall into a comfort zone and the workouts are no longer challenging, you will not progress.

Last but not least, tracking your workouts in a journal is highly motivational because it allows you to look back at the progress you have made and to keep you purpose driven. Tracking helps you understand how to make progress and to set goals for upcoming workout blocks.

This journal will help keep you accountable, focused and purpose driven. In addition a tracking journal helps you to stick to your workout routine in order to make a lot of progress. Whether you want to gain strength, lose weight, increase muscle mass, or want to become the next UK calisthenics champion, this journal gives you all the tools to document your progress in order to be a winner.
