Silver at the ISF Dutch Open

Our coach @glenntertoolen just participated in the ISF Dutch Open Streetlifting competition with only 6 weeks of preparation and still managed to bring back that silver. Because we at @socialtrainingclubacademy mainly focus on being an all-round athlete, you must always be ready for unforeseen competitions or challenges. Like we always say: Be the best athlete, always and everywhere.

We don't just focus on one element of the sport. Unless specifically requested by a member. Our philosophy was created by mixing all types of styles within the sport. Because we have different coaches within our community with different training backgrounds, we inspire and help each other with various goals, skills and developments. Raw calisthenics will always be the red line in our training style.

It's good to have a good teacher but it's better to have a good student. Our coach Glenn is the perfect example of a perfect student who turned coach and became an inspirational athlete in no time. With his expertise in physiological aspects, nutrition and fitness, Glenn is the ultimate coach for anyone who wants to take their training or street-lifting to the next level. We will for sure send Glenn to war in upcoming calisthenics competitions to take prizes for our community. If you would like to learn more about this style of training shoot us a message.
