The philosophy of training, mindset and lifestyle is shared by our Neapolitan brothers and passed on to anyone who opens up or embraces the culture. Together, Rotterdam and Napoli arm in arm search for like-minded people to expand the concept into a phenomenon that you cannot ignore within the global calisthenics community.

The Ideology 

Reps and sets, blood sweat and tears, noise, shouting, encouragement, failure and victories. everything is experienced together with the community in which you train. A very idiosyncratic energy that you can only explain once you have been part of it. That's what happens in the intense chambers of the Social Training Club. All lessons are in groups and composed in such a way that there is a linear progression for each individual within the group but with the support and energy of each other. Everyone should leave their private life at the door and enter the arena with an empty mind so they can leave reborn.

The Establishment

This collaboration came about because Lucas and Domenico studied together with one of the founders and legends of calisthenics. Because they both developed the same vision and mindset about the way of training, they came together to train and share their passion for calisthenics. A strong bond was created and the vision was strengthened by the ideology of both athletes.

Because the Social Training Club has already established its roots in the soil of Rotterdam and has become a strong concept, it was a logical consequence that there would be a branch in Napoli with exactly the same features as those in Rotterdam. No sooner said than done and where the seeds in Napoli were only just planted, the STC in Italy is already in full development.
